Many people want to be fit, but this is an elusive term. Anyone can train muscles, the only question is: what kind of muscle and what for?<\/p>

Every moment we are in dialog with our environment and leave our \u201cmark\u201d. Have you ever seen someone move with effortless grace, like an acrobatic gymnast or a fluid dancer, and wondered, \"How is that even possible?\"
From an early age, I was captivated by Eastern martial arts. Typically, people pursue martial arts for self-defense or physical fitness. However, for many, including myself, it becomes much more profound over time.<\/p>

I've spent decades learning from and training with the Best around the world. Including from people who personally trained with Bruce Lee, and from experts in meditation, eastern and western health and movement practice. All of these experiences have shaped my unique approach to helping people improve every facet of their lives.<\/p>

Driven by my personal challenges, I introduced the NGM training method and have helped hundreds of people maximize their potential over the years.<\/p>

The authenticity with which we encounter when we meet animals, is direct and original, like the echo of a sound. Especially as martial artists, we desire this quality of unfiltered action. Nobody likes to be pushed around, but injustices sprout up like weeds. Have you ever wondered why? Injustice is the result of weakness on both fronts. Victims lack the strength to fight back and perpetrators are too weak to rightfully earn what they covet. Instead, they take it by shameful means.<\/p>

I realized this after experiencing numerous personal struggles with injustice. This cycle stunts our growth, keeping us from reaching our true capabilities.
